SoundTik provides a service where artists can pay to have their music promoted by TikTok creators who are part of our network. We facilitate the promotion of music tracks through packages chosen by the artists.
To use SoundTik, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted through your account.
Artists can choose different promotional packages, each with a specific set of features and pricing. Payments for packages must be made upfront and are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
The artists retain all rights to their music. SoundTik does not claim any ownership rights to the music content uploaded by the artists.
You agree not to misuse the services SoundTik provides or help anyone else do so.
SoundTik is not affiliated with TikTok or any other social media platforms. We are an independent entity that operates a network of TikTok creators.
SoundTik is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our services.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our platform.
