Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get a refund for a SoundTik campaign. It applies to all campaigns purchased for the SoundTik service operated by Soundtik LLC ("SoundTik," "we," "us," or "our") through our signup and checkout at https://aisongpromo.com/signup.

SoundTik is a TikTok music-promotion service for independent artists. When you buy a campaign, we pay vetted TikTok creators to make original videos that use your song. Because every campaign involves real creators producing custom content, our refund rules are built around a specific promise we call campaign protection, described below.

1.Campaign Protection: Our Core Promise

Every SoundTik plan is priced around a set number of creator videos at a flat per-video rate. Campaign protection guarantees that you receive the number of videos you paid for. If participating creators do not deliver the full number of videos included in your purchased plan, we will make it right in one of two ways.

This is the primary way refunds work at SoundTik. It ties directly to deliverables you can see and count in your dashboard, not to how those videos perform.

  • Re-run the campaign to deliver the remaining videos with additional creators, at no extra cost to you; or
  • Refund the value of the undelivered videos, calculated using the flat per-video price of your plan (undelivered videos multiplied by the per-video rate).

2.How the Per-Video Value Is Calculated

Each plan divides the total campaign price by the number of videos included, giving a flat per-video value. If your plan included a set number of videos and some were not delivered, the covered refund equals that per-video value times the number of undelivered videos.

Videos that were delivered and appear in your dashboard count as fulfilled, regardless of how many views, likes, comments, or saves they receive.

3.Campaigns Already Delivered or In Progress

Because SoundTik commits real creators and real money to your campaign as soon as it begins, campaigns that have already been delivered or are actively in progress are generally non-refundable, except as required under campaign protection.

Once creators have accepted your campaign and started producing videos, that work cannot be undone. Campaign protection exists precisely to cover the one scenario where a refund is fair: when the videos you paid for are not delivered.

4.What This Policy Does Not Cover

Campaign protection covers delivery of videos. It does not cover the following situations, because they fall outside what we can control or guarantee.

  • Dissatisfaction with results. View counts, engagement, and virality are never guaranteed. TikTok's algorithm and audience response are outside our control, so low views or a campaign that does not go viral is not a basis for a refund.
  • Content rights issues. If you submitted a song you did not have the legal right to promote, any resulting takedowns, disputes, or campaign disruption are not refundable.
  • Late requests. Refund or campaign-protection requests made after a campaign has completed and beyond the request window described below are not eligible.
  • Third-party or user error. Charges you dispute because of a mistake at signup, or issues caused by inaccurate information you provided (such as a broken or wrong song link), are not covered.

5.How to Request a Refund or Campaign Protection

To request a refund or invoke campaign protection, email us at support@soundtik.com with the details of your campaign so we can locate it and review delivery quickly.

Please include the following in your message so we can respond without back-and-forth.

  • The email address used at signup on https://aisongpromo.com/signup
  • Your campaign or order details (song title, plan purchased, and approximate purchase date)
  • A short description of the issue (for example, videos not delivered)

6.Request Window and Timeframe

Campaign-protection and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after your campaign is marked complete in your dashboard. Requests made after this window are generally not eligible.

We aim to acknowledge your request within 3 business days and to review and resolve eligible requests within 10 business days. Some reviews take longer if we need to confirm creator delivery, and we will keep you updated if so.

7.How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, through our third-party payment processor. We cannot send refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.

After we approve and issue a refund, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. The exact timing is controlled by your financial institution, not by SoundTik.

8.Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect or your campaign was not delivered, please contact us first at support@soundtik.com. In almost every case we can resolve the issue faster than a bank dispute, including through campaign protection.

Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution, because payment processors freeze the funds while the dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to respond to chargebacks with delivery records from your dashboard and to pause or cancel campaigns associated with an open dispute.

9.One-Time Purchases

SoundTik campaigns are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There are no recurring charges to cancel, and buying one campaign does not enroll you in any ongoing billing.

Each campaign is evaluated for refunds on its own, under the terms of this policy.

10.Not Affiliated with TikTok

SoundTik is an independent promotion service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. Nothing in this policy creates any obligation on the part of TikTok, and TikTok is not responsible for your campaign or any refund.

11.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. The version in effect at the time you purchased a campaign governs that campaign.
