SoundTik Refund Policy

General Conditions

All sales of promotional packages on SoundTik are considered final. Refunds are generally not provided unless under the conditions specified below.

100% Refund Conditions

Non-acceptance by Creators: If we are unable to find appropriate creators who agree to use your song, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

Cancellation Before Promotion: If you cancel your order before we pitch your song to creators and before any creator posts their video using your song, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under the above conditions, you must submit a claim prior to any promotional activities or within 7 days from the purchase if no creators have accepted your song. Documentation or evidence supporting the claim may be required.

Process for Requesting a Refund

Submit your refund request to support@soundtik.com. Please include contact information, and a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.

Refund Decisions

After reviewing your claim, SoundTik will determine if your request meets our criteria for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
